The Burkert 6014 series solenoid valve features a compact structure, excellent pressure sealing, shock resistance, energy-saving capabilities with a pulse coil, and the option for manual operation. The stopper is welded together with the plunger tube to enhance pressure resistance and sealing performance.
Working Principle: It employs a direct-acting design where the plunger is directly controlled by electromagnetic force for valve opening and closing.
Valve Function: Primarily a two-position three-way (2/3-way) valve, it offers various options such as normally closed (NC), normally open (NO), or universal functions to cater to different circuit requirements.
Interface Size: The common threaded interfaces include G ₁/₈", G ₁/₄", and NPT or Rc specifications ranging from 1/8" to 3/8". This valve series also supports bottom plate installation (manifold installation), making it easy to combine and integrate, thus saving space.
Sealing Material: The primary sealing material used is FKM (fluororubber) known for its excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature capabilities.
